Ian "Scotty" Munro Johnston, 77, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, passed from this life to the next, on Father's Day, June 19, 2016. He was born March 29, 1939 to Whitney and Margaret Johnston in Kingston, Ontario. Scotty was a follower of Jesus Christ and lived his life to make Him known. He was a loving husband, father, and Papa. He was also an avid tennis player, historian, foliologist, friend and passionate traveler. Scotty served as an usher at Black Rock Church for over 35 years and was an active member of AA for over 40 years. Each Christmas, he enjoyed his role as Santa! He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Glen Johnston. Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Maggie; children, Tommy Campo, Beckie and Bryan Seba, Hong Xiao and Pei Zhou; grandchildren, Boston and Britan Seba. Other survivors include Judy Mihalko, Pete Mihalko, Doug Mihalko, Debbie Szabo, Ayla Mihalko and a loving extended family. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 23, 2016 at New Life Christian Church in Bella Vista, Arkansas.
