Cecil B. Watson, 86, of North Little Rock passed June 25, 2016. Preceded in death by his parents: Emanuel and Leola Watson, brother: Herbert Watson, sister, Dorothy Ready, and grandmother: Alice Spain. Loving memories left to wife of 60 years: Mary Watson, children: Herbert (Roycea) Watson of Stafford, Va. and Pamela Mitchell; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
