Dr. Charles Olin Hogue died June 26, 2016 in Little Rock. A Celebration of his life will be held this morning, Wednesday, June 29 at 10 a.m. at Pulaski Heights Baptist Church, followed by interment at 3 p.m. at Oakland Cemetery in Warren.
