Perry Lynn Jacks, 78, of Conway, formerly of Pine Bluff died June 26, 2016. Survivors include his mother, Doris Mae Willis Jacks; son, Gary Lynn Jacks and wife, Ambra Soffos Jacks and grandson, Paxton Lynn Jacks.
