Mary Craig Hickman

Mary Craig Hickman, age 99, died peaceful at Methodist Hospice Residence on Monday, June 27th. Mary enjoyed her final years at her Memphis home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald H. Hickman and members of the Craig family in Batesville, Miss. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Marie Hickman Haggard, of Sherwood, AR and niece, Elizabeth Young, of Acworth, Ga. She has additional family members in Mississippi, Arkansas and Georgia. Mary had many friends from her 30 years of service at Memphis Veterans Hospital. She was also a member of Whitehaven Presbyterian Church. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 5th at 11 a.m. Independent Presbyterian Church's Sanctuary at 4738 Walnut Grove Road, Memphis, Tenn. 38117. A graveside service will follow at 3 p.m. at Magnolia Cemetery on Highway 51 South Batesville, Miss.
