Richard Lee Mashburn

Richard "Ricky" Lee Mashburn age 54 of Pottsville died Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at his home. He was born March 10, 1962 at Russellville to Russell Wesley Mashburn and Clara Louise Keys. He loved working on cars, going to the horse races and spending time with his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Mashburn. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Louise and Jimmie Gray of Pottsville; stepmother, Freda Mashburn of Dardanelle; brother, Rusty Mashburn (Regina) of Little Rock; sister, Regina Tucker of Dardanelle; half sister, Rhonda Ridenour (James of Danville; stepbrothers Jr., JJ and DJ Gray all of Russellville; nieces, Mandy Carmack (Geof), Jennifer Shultz (Ryan) all of Little Rock, Brittany Hodge of Danville; nephews, Adam Tucker of Dardanelle, Colt Ridenour of Danville; great nieces and nephews, Lauren Carmack, Grace Carmack, Mack Shultz, Maggie Shultz and Mason Shultz and a special daughter, Maygan Young of Pottsville and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, July 1, 2016 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Ray Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the chapel. Pallbearers will be Joe Lane, Dustin Cook, Ken McConnell, Brent Moudy, Kevin Weaver, Doyle Fowler. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ronnie Awalt, Lynn Young, John Wear, Carlos Mitchell, Bruce Fink, Leonard Keeling. Arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle.
