Hin Chung "Hall" Chu age 84, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas died March 5, 2016, in Pine Bluff. Mr. Chu was born July 29, 1931, in Sun Woi Kungtong, China. He graduated from Pine Bluff High School in 1954 and was voted most likely to succeed. His success continued into his career in which he became owner and operator of his father's grocery store, Jeu Yen Brother's Grocery. He was a member of the Chinese Association of Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Yen and Lum Chu; a brother, Harold Chu; and a son, David Chu; He is survived by his loving wife, Wai Fong; a brother, Herman (Suk Chung); his children, Doris (Bill) Wong; Nancy (Allen); Dr. Bobby (Cindy Grady); Esther (Brad) Wilcox; Andy Hall (Carol); a daughter-in-law, Anita; seven grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2016 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home 13801 Chenal Parkway: Little Rock, Arkansas (501) 224-8300. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Alexander, Arkansas.
