Steven Richard Logie

Steven Richard Logie, 58, of Clinton went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 6, 2016. Born on January 2, 1958 in Flint, Michigan to Richard Logie and Angela Smith, he made his home in Arkansas in 1988. Steven was employed at General Motors, Kimberly Clark, Volex, Inc. and most recently at Wal-Mart's meat department, where many people will recall his friendly spirit and familiar laugh. He was an expression of kindness and compassion in the world who loved music, art, and his family. He was a giver who never expected anything in return and was loved by all who knew him. Left to cherish his memory are his father and stepmother, Richard & Eugenia Logie of Linden, Mich., mother, Angela Smith & Jerry Doyal of Clinton, Ark., his very special Aunt Tootsie, Ramona and husband Robert Miller of Burlington, Ark., Aunt Patricia Jurasek of Highland Park, Mich, sisters, Lori and husband Bill Gilmore of Clinton, Ark. and Cindy and husband Jeff DeWitt of Harrison, Ark., nieces, Leah and husband Josh Smith of Clinton, Ark. & CheyAnne Miller & Matt Horton of Clinton, Ark., great-nephew & niece, Ryan & Natalie O'Neal, and host of many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Guy & Lida Cates and paternal grandparents, Murriell & Patricia Logie. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 with Rosary following at 6 p.m. at Roller Mc-Nutt Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Saint Jude Catholic Church in Clinton, Ark. Interment is a private family arrangement.
