Fayon Churchman, 87, of Newport, died Thursday. Survivors: sons, Charles David Churchman (Penny), of Newport, and Dr. Robert Joe Churchman (Sherry) of Searcy; honorary son, Bill Sparks (Lanette); three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews.
