Dalton Lee Holloway, 84, of Huntsville, Arkansas, died March 16, 2016 at Washburn, Missouri. He was born December 28, 1931 at Little Kansas, Oklahoma, the son of Jesse Marion Scofield "Dick" and Lillie Richardson Holloway. He was a cattle farmer, a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the United States Army, a Christian and a member of the Harmony Regular Baptist Church. His family was the most important thing to him on this earth. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, J.C. Holloway, Eugene Holloway and Gerald Holloway and one sister, Rosa Holloway Duncan. Survivors include: his wife of 58 years, Wanda Jean Woodward Holloway of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Kelly and Angela Riley Holloway of Huntsville, Arkansas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Delissa and Shane Pharris of Sparta, Missouri and Marcella and Franky Parson of Washburn, Missouri; three brothers, Doyle Holloway of Hindsville, Arkansas, Floyd Holloway of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Kennith Holloway of Huntsville, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Damon Parson and wife Cortney, Sheri Parson Pruitt and husband Seth, Emmilyne Pharris, Natasha Pharris Mandrell and husband Traves, Clayton Holloway and Clint Holloway; one great-granddaughter, Cailyn Parson and several nephews and nieces. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 19, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverend Glen Faulkner officiating. Interment will be in the Aurora Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Kendall Holloway, Kevin Holloway, Jerry Holloway, Damon Parson, Traves Mandrell and Seth Pruitt. Visitation 6-8 p.m. on Friday Brashears.
