Harold A. Hersh

Harold A. Hersh, from Benton, Ark., passed from this life on March 21, 2016. He was born Sept. 8, 1920, to Morris and Rose Hershkowitz, in Highland Falls, N.Y. He is survived by his children, Sydney Moody (Bobby) of Howell, Mich., and Ann (Tom) Hudson of Benton, Ark.; three grandchildren, Jan Tyson (James), Jeanne Rainwater, and Bobby Moody (Chasidy). He also leaves several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Harold was a WWII veteran, where he served honorably in the United States Navy. At his request there will be no funeral service. Memorials may be made to: Wings of Honor Museum, 70 Beacon Road, Walnut Ridge, Ark., 72476. Services entrusted to Arkansas Cremation.
