Ricky Joe Dorton

Ricky Joe Dorton, 57, died, Sunday, March 27, 2016. He was born in Searcy on February 1, 1959. Ricky was a welder. He is survived by his mother, Wilma Dorton; siblings, Joyce McCabe (Johnny) and Tony Dorton (Beth); Ricky never had children of his own but had several nieces and nephews that he loved deeply, Allison and Tate Walker, Cody and Gabby McCabe, Bethany Dorton, Morgan and Tyler Gilmore, Courtney Dorton; great nieces and nephews, Brynntley Walker, Cash McCabe, Kyleigh Walker, Dax Walker and Carter McCabe. He was preceded in death by his father, Carter Dorton and his cat, Bobbi. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. Services will be Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel.
