L.C. Thomas, 73, of Judsonia, was called home, surrounded by his family, on Monday, March 28, 2016. He was born September 9, 1942 in Hughes, Arkansas to the late Admar Newman Thomas and Dorothy Mae Cleveland. L.C. was a sinner, saved by grace. He enjoyed swapping, trading and traveling (no flying). If you had it, he would trade you out of it. L.C. is survived by his wife of 35 years, Mary Thomas; three sons, Billy Wayne Thomas (Mickie) of Judsonia, Danny Thomas (Debbie) of Judsonia, and Ricky Thomas (Alyssa) of Searcy; four daughters, Mary Ann Goldman (James) of Owensboro, Kentucky, Misty Goss (Chris) of Searcy, Tracy Elvis-Nations (Glenn) of Johnsville, South Carolina, and Jennifer Hopkins and Bubba of Judsonia; five sisters, Barbara Miers (James) of Searcy, Brenda Crawford (Sam) of Judsonia, Linda Ghent (Martin) of Searcy, Kathy Phipps (Jim) of Jacksonville, Arkansas, and Angie Edwards (Jimmy) of Searcy; 27 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends. In addition to his parents, L.C. was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Edward Thomas. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 31st, at Valley Baptist Church.
