Carl Peter Tapp

Carl Peter Tapp, 59, passed away on March 28, 2016 at his home. He was born on August 15, 1956 in New Haven, Connecticut to the late Henry and Mary Louise (Weber) Tapp. Carl dedicated his life to the trucking industry. He was in constant touch with engineers, improving and testing new products. He also worked to improve technician proficiency. He had a passion for goose hunting and deer hunting until he was no longer able to do this. He enjoyed many visits from friends and family as he silently endured the grips of MS. He is survived by brother Rick Tapp and wife, Michaelanne of Grapevine, Texas ; uncle, Robert Berg Tapp of New York and his daughters, Mara and Kami and their families; maternal cousins, Karin, Ronni, Paul, and Peter and their families; niece, Emily Tapp and nephew, Ross Tapp. A memorial service will be on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 2 p.m. in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel.
