Robert Jernigan

Robert Jernigan, age 55, of Benton, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016. He was born April 14, 1961 in Lewisville, Ark. Robert was a heavy equipment operator. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Morris Jernigan; brother-in-law, Grass Pickett; mother-in-law, Mary Baxley; father-in-law, James Schulkers; and a niece, Lori Jeter. He is survived by his wife, Michele Jernigan; mother, Evelyn Jernigan; daughter, Kelly Harris (Matt); two sons, Joshua Jernigan (Jessica) and Jabob Jernigan (Joyce); two sisters, Ladonna Pickett and Kathy Radinovich (Andy); brother, Richard Jernigan; brother-in-law, Jim Schulkers (Patricia); six grandchildren: McKenzie Harris, Maggie Harris, Keagan Cash, Edith Jernigan, Timothy Jernigan and Jordan Jernigan; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 4 at Ashby Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Friday, May 6 at Bradley Baptist Church in Bradley, Ark. with burial at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
