Ernie Blount

Ernie Blount, 68, passed away May 2, 2016 in Bald Knob, Ark. Born to the late Noah and Leslie (Kilman) Blount in Canton, Ohio on December 31, 1947, Ernie was a retired District Circulation Manager for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Searcy. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Martha Collison Blount; daughter: Marcia Wilson (Charles) of Arkansas; sons: Timothy Blount (Meredith) of Tennessee; Kenneth Blount (Katrina) of Connecticut; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 5th, at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
