Carla "Kay" Jump

Carla "Kay" Jump passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 at home in Bella Vista, Ark. Kay was born December 18, 1942 in Oklahoma City, Okla. to Donald Edward and Nina Jane Chevalley. Carla Kay Chevalley and Calvin Jackson "Jack" Jump, Jr., married on April 28, 1961 in Guthrie, Okla. Both Jack and Kay retired and moved from their Tulsa home to live in their family home in Bella Vista. Kay was an accomplished quilter, knitter and friend. Kay was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 53 years, Jack. She is survived by her two daughters, Terri Blatt of Dallas, Texas and Chris Thompson of Jane, MO and five grandchildren: Austin, Eryn and Jordyn Blatt, Jessica and Taylor Thompson. A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m., Saturday, May 7, 2016 at St. Theodore's Episcopal Church, 1001 Kingsland Road, Bella Vista, Ark. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Theodore's Episcopal Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory.
