Albert Yeager, 84, of Scott passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016. He was born in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Roy and Mozelle Yeager. He served in the United States Army where he met and married the love of his life, Joline. He was a firefighter in Albion, Michigan for 11 years. They moved to North Little Rock in 1976 where they owned A & J Dairy Bar for 20 years. He drove for Bruce Oakley Trucking for 8 years. Upon retirement they moved to Scott, Arkansas where he enjoyed fishing, gardening and hunting. He was a faithful member of Pershing United Pentecostal Church for 31 years. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Joline; his children, Keith (Cheryl) Yeager, Terry Yeager, Judy (Robert) Campbell and Robin Moody; grandchildren, Rev. Kevin (Lorraine) Yeager, Rev. Jason (Rachel) Campbell, Lacinda (Ben) Godwin, Amy (Rev. Nathan) Cannon, Chad Long, Holly Benbrook, Heather Yeager, Ashley (Todd) Taylor, Dustin (Renee) Yeager; 13 great-grandchildren and sister, Venita Coop. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers and two sisters. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m., Monday, May 16th at Pershing United Pentecostal Church. Burial will be in Pinecrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday, May 15th at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com.
