Gary Lyn Starks, 60, passed away on May 13, 2016 at his home. Born Oct. 20, 1955, son of the late Billy Joe and Helen Morrow Starks. Survivors: daughter, Hope (Cody) Brown, Columbus, MS, granddaughter Reagan Brown, former spouse Rebecca Starks, two brothers, two sisters.
