Pearline McCoy Phillips, 74, of Little Rock, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016. She leaves to cherish her memory; children, Noland McCoy (Maria) and Darrell Phillips; siblings, Ronald McCoy, Elizabeth McCoy Rodgers (Willie), Emma Gean McCoy Petty and Mayola Long (Matthew). Funeral services will be held Friday, May 20, 2016; 11 a.m. at St. Paul Baptist Church 2603 Commerce Street. The family will receive friends tomorrow from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
