Charlen Nufer

Charlene Nufer, 62, formerly of Little Rock, passed away May 16, 2016. Some say the secret to friendship is being a good listener; to those who knew and loved Charlene, she was both the greatest listener and a singular friend. With her most beloved friend, Gary, she enjoyed 40 years of love, family, and marriage. Their children, Megan and Chase, her two other great loves, will remember their mother as an avid reader, beach lover, and a compassionate, gentle soul. Charlene is survived by her husband Gary; children Megan (Riley) Davis and Chase (Lauren) Nufer; grandchild Grady Davis; Siblings Roger(Nancy) Laudick, John (Dana) Laudick, Greg(Andrea) Laudick, Bonnie Laudick, Phyllis (Kenny) Butts, Lana (Mike) Smith; sister-in-law Shirley (Mel) Garlow; special friends Romosha Bridges, Sheryl Mosley, and Ashley White; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Raymond Laudick, mother Leona Laudick, and brother Lyle Laudick. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Vincent's for the incredible love and care Charlene received during her six month stay.
