THOMAS FREDERICK DUNGAN, 77, of North Little Rock passed away Friday, May 20, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Burford Dungan; son, Thomas Frederick Dungan Jr. (Dana); grandchildren, Olivia Diane Dungan and Liam Thomas Dungan, of Neenah, Wis.; brother, Frank Gerald Dungan (Ann), of Purvis, Miss., and his sister, Patricia Yarbrough (Chuck) of Sherwood. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Ruth Ball Dungan and Thomas Barlow Dungan. He was a member of Central Baptist Church and former member of Park Hill Baptist Church, both of North Little Rock. He was a veteran of the U.S., Air Force from 1955-1960, was commissioned and served in the U.S. Navy from 1960–1973. Thomas worked as a Quality Assurance Management Professional at Baxter Laboratories, Schering-Plough, Inc., and Maybelline/L'Oreal Corporation until retirement in 2003. His hobbies were fishing, camping, reading and gardening. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America, Wounded Warriors Project or any Christian charity of choice. At his request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at a later date. Cremation arrangements by Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home.
