Larry Gene Terry

Larry Gene Terry, 73, died Sunday, May 22, 2016 in Searcy. He was born February 18, 1943 in Halley, Arkansas a son of the late Coleman and Wilma Norma (Rhodes) Terry. Larry was a retired trucking company owner. He is survived by his wife, Linda Terry; son, Michael Terry of Little Rock; sister, Glenda DeGraaf of Plantation, Florida; brother, Danny Terry of El Dorado; grandchildren, Destiney and Tyler Terry; pets, Spike and Dave as well as eight nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Welton Terry and Thomas Terry both of El Dorado. Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 24, 2016, beginning at 1 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Don Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
