Foster Lee Everett

Foster Lee Everett, 63 of Gould, died Sunday at Delta Memorial Hospital in Dumas. He was born July 27, 1952 in Lincoln County to the late John and Evaliner Smith Everett Jr. He was a member of Auburn Missionary Baptist Church at Gould and was retired from the Arkansas Department of Corrections as a guard at the Cummins Unit. Also preceding him in death was a brother, John L. Everett. Survivors include his wife, Jean Everett Fair of Gould; five sons, Foster Everett, Rashad Everett, both of Kansas, Justin Everett, Kor-ren Everett and Forrest Everett, all of Gould; 5 brothers, James Arthur Everett, Howard Everett, Wydell Everett, all of Gould, David Lee Everett of Spokane, Wash. and Rodney Everett Green of Texas; 10 sisters, Jessie Mae Bell of Pine Bluff, Clara Harper of Star city, Hazel Pruitt of Gould, Diane Everett of Pine Bluff, Linda Silva of Gould, Verlean Everett-Macon of Toledo, Ohio, Elnora Everett-Martin of Hot Springs, Curtistean Everett of Pine Bluff, Donna Everett-Thomas of Spokane, Wash. and Annette Everett of Hot Springs; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Gould with Rev. Woodrow Jackson Sr. officiating. Visitation is 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial at Jericho Cemetery in Gould.
