Jan Elizabeth (Markley) McClary

Jan Elizabeth (Markley) McClary, 65, of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away on May 26, 2016, at Circle of Life Hospice–Legacy Village. She was born Jan. 5, 1951 in Pasadena, Calif., to John Markley and Elizabeth (Mann) Markley. She attended elementary school in Missouri Valley, Iowa, secondary schools in San Diego, Calif., and San Diego State University. Her career spanned 30 years in the financial industry as a loan processor and loan officer for various lending companies and banks including Simmons Bank in Bella Vista. She is survived by her husband, of 26 years, Gary McClary, residing in Bella Vista. John Markley, father, and Michael Markley, brother, both of Canyon Lake, Calif. Sister, Renee Markley of San Diego, Calif. Also survived by her mother in law, LaVerna Lemmer, sisters in laws, Susie Mummery (Ken) and Sheila Dalen, all of Bella Vista; two nephews, two nieces, one great-niece, four great-nephews and the extended McClary/Pike/Bolte families in NWA. Jan was preceeded in death by her mother, Elizabeth, and nephew, Scott Folck. No services are planned and in lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
