Chad Cummings

Mr. Chad Cummings, age 44 of Gurdon, Arkansas passed away, Tuesday, November 1, 2016. Chad was born in Texarkana, Texas on May 10, 1972 to James Keith and Martha Ann Phillips Cummings. Chad was a Sales Representative for South West Equipment Company in Hope, and a member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church in Prescott. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Booger Red and Joyce Cummings. Survivors include, his wife, Renee Sparks Cummings of Gurdon, a step-daughter; Kelli Pennington of Gurdon, a granddaughter; Piper, his parents, Keith and Martha Cummings of Prescott, a sister; Jennifer Cross, husband, John of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, his maternal grandparents; John and Sue Ratcliff of Prescott, other family members and a host of friends. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2016 at Brazzel/Cornish The Funeral Home of Prescott 1196 Hwy. 371 West, Prescott, Ark. Funeral service for Chad will be 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home, with Bro. Neil Ridling and Bro. Mike Taylor officiating.
