Armylinda A. Minot, age 69, of Jacksonville, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 4, 2016 with all of her children by her side. She was born September 2, 1947 in Bohol, Philippines. She will always be remembered as a charming, hardworking, compassionate, stern and loving person. She enjoyed bowling, sewing, bingo, animals, Christmas and Alaska. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She was a mother to many. She is survived by her children: George Alejandro and his wife Angel, Sherry Powell and her husband Steve, Cathylyn Cooley and her husband LeBaron, Jerry Minot and his wife Ines, one brother Rolando Alejandro, one nephew, Ronnel Alejandro; grandchildren: Kalee Jackson, Larry James Cooley, Brianna Alejandro, Joseph Clark Turner, Damon Cooley, Jaidyn Minot, Christina Cooley, Niko James Minot, Athena and Rhea Minot, and her pets Yogi and Sooie. The family would like to thank, The Worley Place, Baptist Springhill Medical Center in North Little Rock; the staff and therapist at Spring Creek Health and Rehab in Cabot and Arkansas Hospice for all of the love, care and support given to Ms. Minot. On behalf of her children, they would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. James and Carol Minot for their love and support.
