Mary Melton

Mary "Sue" Melton, 85, of North Little Rock passed away November 14, 2016. She was born August 8, 1931 in Clanton, Alabama to the late Rev. Grady and Maude Adams Williams. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Sherwood. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, James Melton; sons, James (Jim) Melton, Jr. (Beckey) of North Little Rock and Don Melton (Marla) of Cabot; daughter, Donna Creasy (Darryl) of Lonsdale; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brothers, Marc and Ray Williams of Montgomery, Alabama. Memorials may be made to the Building Fund at First Baptist Church, 701 Country Club Road, Sherwood, Arkansas 72120. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday at First Baptist Church of Sherwood. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
