Jessie Mae Owens

Jessie Mae Owens, 88, of Fayetteville, died November 15, 2016 at the Northwest Medical Center of Springdale. She was born April 20, 1928 at Huntsville, Arkansas, the daughter of Dewey and Anna Withrow Harris. She was a homemaker, a member of Sequoyah United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, a Pink Lady at Washington Regional Medical Center and a poll worker. She was the widow of Garland Owens. Survivors: sons David M. (Sandra Visser) Owens of Valparaiso, Indiana; Thomas P. (Kim Smith) Owens, William A. Owens of Nashville, Tennessee and James A. Owens of Fayetteville, Arkansas; four great-grandchildren, Joel Owens, Sander Owens, Logan Owens and Wallis Smith-Owens; great-grandson, Asher Owens of Vermont. Services 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Brashears Funeral Home-Huntsville www.brashearsfuneralhome.net with The Reverend Sara Pair officiating. Interment Huntsville Cemetery.
