Marvin Lee Harrison

Marvin Lee Harrison, 73, of Thornton died Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016 at the Dallas County Medical Center in Fordyce. He was born May 18, 1943 in San Francisco, Calif. He worked in law enforcement for thirty years and was in the U.S. Air Force, serving in Vietnam. He is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin Rhee Harrison and Mamie Peters Harrison. He is survived by his wife, Jeri Harrison of Thornton; three sons, Matthew Harrison and Daniel Harrison of Thornton, Andy Amason and wife, Joy of Benton; one daughter, Erin Rinehart and husband, Dick of Tulip; five grandchildren, Jessi and Meg Amason of Benton, Stormy, Amber and Allie Rinehart of Fordyce. Visitation will be Sunday 6-8 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Graveside services will be Tuesday 11 a.m. at Tulip Cemetery. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
