Mary Sue Bockenstedt

Mary Sue Bockenstedt, 78, a long-time resident of Springdale died peacefully Friday, November 25 at the Willard Walker Hospice House. She was born September 30, 1938 in Rogers, Arkansas to Franklin Charles & Viola (Palmer) Hutcheson. "Sue" enjoyed fishing and camping before illness made it impossible to do. She was an artist & enjoyed oil painting. She was fond of cats and had several that she spoiled. And she enjoyed playing cards. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Edward Bockenstedt, one son Donald Bishop, a sister, Martha Hutcheson and a brother, Charles "Buddy" Hutcheson. Survivors include two sons; Steven and Tony Sparks, five grandchildren; one sister, Imogene Watkins. Her final place of rest will be at Shady Grove Cemetery.
