Patricia Sue Casey Varner

Patricia Sue Casey Varner, 76, of Highfill went to be with her Lord and Savior at her home on Aug. 29, 2016. She was born on May 7, 1940 in Parthenon, Ark. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert E. Varner of 55 years; parents Loyal Casey and Euretta Henderson Casey; one sister, Betty Dixon; brother-in-law Steve Dixon; and two granddaughters. She is survived by sons, Mark Varner and wife Debbie of Highfill, Keven Varner and wife Mary of Highfill; one stepson, Steve Varner and wife Ruthie of Rogers; one stepdaughter, Denise Varner Wagner and husband Erwin of Atlanta, Ga.; one sister, Judy Casey Patton and husband Steve of Washburn, Mo.; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends. She was loved by many. Pat retired from First Brands of Rogers while owning and operating the Feed Store Cafe of Gentry with her husband Herb for 14 years. She was a member of Corner Post Cowboy Church of Siloam Springs and loved to tell everyone about her church and what great music and singing they have. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 3 p.m. on October 9, 2016 at Corner Post Cowboy Church in Siloam Springs. Services will be conducted by Pastor Tim Wallace. A meal will be served by the church after the memorial.
