H. Norman Edie

H. Norman Edie, age 69, of Malvern passed away Monday, October 3, 2016. He was born December 13, 1946, in Malvern, the son of the late Harry and Jeanette Wingo Edie of Malvern He was an electrician for his dad, worked at Reynolds Cable and had retired from Alcoa Rolling Mill. Norman missed his work buddies and cutting up with his friends there. Norman loved to hunt and always looked forward to deer season. He was a member of New Freedom Baptist Church in Malvern. Survivors, wife, of 12 years, Dee Edie of Malvern; children, Stephanie Horn (L.D.) of Hot Springs, Ashley Lamb of Hot Springs and Kyle Edie of Malvern; step-son, Nathan Thomas (Jessica); grandchildren, Dale, Carson, Payton and Sawyer; step-grandchildren, Liya and Kenny; brother, Lynn Edie (Mary Ann); nephew, Wade Edie and niece, Ragan Edie and numerous cousins. Visitation will be Thursday, October 6 from 2-3 p.m. at Regency Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, October 6 at 3 p.m. at Regency Funeral Home with Brother Kirk Gassman and Brother Mel Vail officiating. Cremation arrangements by Regency Funeral Home.
