Loretta Marie Simoneaux

Loretta Marie Simoneaux, 77, of Austin, died Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2016. She was born Dec. 3, 1938 in New York, N.Y. to the late Fred Brossart St. and Mary DeVries Brossart. She was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Jacksonville. She volunteered her time at hospitals, schools, and the Red Cross, and she was a proud Cub Scout leader. She was a very proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Fred Brossart Jr. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Conrad Joseph Simoneaux; children, Jean Rodden of Cabot, Kathleen Baston (Brian) of San Antonio, Texas, Bob Simoneaux (Peggy) of Vienna, Mo., Debbie Simoneaux and Ed Simoneaux, both of Cabot, and Steve Simoneaux of South Deerfield, Mass.; sister, Lorelei Brossart of Williamsburg, Va.; nine grandchildren, Paul, Chris, Sean, Erin, Vanessa, Ian, Joshua, Michael, and Olivia; four great-grandchildren and beloved family friend, Keith Griffis. Visitation will be Monday, Oct. 24, 2016 from 5-7 p.m. with a Rosary beginning at 7 p.m. at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Tuesday, October 25 at 10 a.m. at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Jacksonville with burial at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
