Margie (Jerrie) Anglin Musser Matthews

Margie (Jerrie) Anglin Musser Matthews, 89, went on to be with the Lord October 16, 2016 in Springdale at Circle of Life Hospice. She was born September 10, 1927 to Omar and Susie Anglin. Jerrie was from Slidell, Louisiana where she spent most of her life as a beautician. She was always listening and helping people. Jerrie never met a stranger and loved gardening. She moved to Rogers, Arkansas in 2015 to live with her son, David Leehans. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands; C. Musser, Benard Matthews, son James (Skip) Easterling, great-granddaughter; Lorin Easterling and her sister and brothers. Jerrie is survived by one son; David Leehans and his wife Kathy and their children David Leehans II and his wife Darla, Christie Leehans Bowman and her husband Stephen, Kerri Chesnutt and her husband David all of Arkansas, one daughter; Kimberly Easterling and her children; Patrick Anderson and his wife Tracy, and daughter Lesley McKain of Slidell, Louisiana, her daughter-in-law; Carol Easterling of Carriere, Mississippi and her children; Ryna Bennett, Paul Strickland, Gerald Easterling, and Terry Easterling. Jerrie was blessed with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. A celebration of Jerrie's life will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 23rd at Flagstone Church of Christ.
