Helen Lee Mashburn

Helen Lee Mashburn, age 95, of Little Rock, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2016. She was born September 4, 1921, in Little Rock, to Cyrus and Alice Ligon. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Clovis Ely Mashburn, and three siblings, Mary Worsham, Honor Millender and Lorene George. Helen graduated from Little Rock Senior High School (now Little Rock Central) and was a member of Sylvan Hills Community Church. She was a member of the Pilot Club and American Business Women's Association (ABWA). She retired from Union National Bank after 42 years. She is survived by her daughter, Christie Mashburn of Sherwood; two nieces, Deanna Swaffar of Fayetteville and Nancy Arthur of Cabot; and one nephew, David George of Sherwood.
