MRS. MARJORIE MCLEAN (Offenhouser), age 96, of Little Rock, passed away Thursday, Oct. 20, 2016. She was a graduate of UALR and received her B.A. in economics in 1964. Mrs. McLean was a member of the Chi Omega sorority. She chaired many boards, including: Family Service Agency, St. Joseph Home for Children, Pulaski County Chapter of American Red Cross, Budget Committee of the United Fund, State of Arkansas Aeronautics Commission, Alumni Board U.A.L.R., Little Rock Public Library, Chancellor's Circle U.A.L.R. Junior League of Little Rock, Rob Roy Plantation and the Arkansas Bankers Advisory Board. One of her great loves was tennis, having won the Arkansas Mixed Doubles Championship, as well as the Arkansas Bankers Mixed Doubles championship. She was also an accomplished pilot, chef, tailor, and gardener. She is preceded in death by her husband William Hugh McLean her parents, Marjorie Lombard & Gilbert Trutt Offenhouser and her sister, Olive Roff. Mrs. McLean is survived by her daughters, Peggy McLean Gross (Gary), Jean McLean Brookby, Barbara McClean Ford (Harry); 6 grandchildren; 11 great grand-children. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Wil-liam H.
