Paul Ralph Grigg

Paul Ralph Grigg, 92, of Bentonville passed away October 24, 2016 in Rogers. He was born January 19, 1924 in Healing Springs, Arkansas the son of William Thomas and Annie Logan Grigg. He graduated from Vaughn High School. Paul served in the United States Army Medical Corp. in Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Central Europe, and Ardennes, he received Five Bronze Stars and the Good Conduct Medal He worked for Eagle Mill for 27 years, Best Laundry and Cleaners for four years and worked 20 years and retired from Bentonville Schools. Paul was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 0077. He is preceded in death by his wife Bluebell (Bobbie) Joan Clayton Grigg; his siblings Loyd, Lonnie, Irvin, Earl, Elsie and Effie. Survived by his children, Ralph Grigg and wife Nancy of Bentonville, Clayton Grigg and wife Barbara of Old Fort, North Carolina and Annabell Woodcock and husband Bob of Bentonville, nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services 10 a.m. Friday; October 28, 2016 at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers. Interment with full military honors will follow in the Bentonville Cemetery, Bentonville, Arkansas. Visitation 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Benton County Funeral Home.
