Alvin Burnett Jr., 65, of Brinkley, died Saturday, August 27 at his home. Four sons, three daughters, his father, 16 brothers, seven sisters, his step-father, 18 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends survive him. Visitation will be held Saturday evening, September 3 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Branscumb Funeral Home Chapel, 911 North Main Street in Brinkley. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 4 at 2:30 p.m. at the Brinkley Convention Center, 1501 Weatherby Drive in Brinkley.
