Lawrence Larry or Bo G. McGee

Lawrence "Larry" or "Bo" G. McGee, Jr. passed away at his home in North Little Rock on Sunday, September 11, 2016. Larry was born in Nashville, Tenn. and lived there through his early life. He also lived in Texarkana, Ark. for much of his adult life while raising his family and working as a sales and manufacturing representative. He later moved to Little Rock where he retired from sales and worked at the family produce stand. Mr. McGee is preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Pauline McGee. Larry leaves behind a loving family which includes his wife, Debbie, his two daughters, Suzanne McGee-Swindle (David) and Becka McGee (Garry), and his two stepchildren, Dirk Hart and Neva Collier (Steve). He is also survived by two loving sisters, Martha McKinney (Donnie) and Lynn Butler Miller (Harvey) as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Larry was an outgoing personality who enjoyed coaching softball and mentoring youth as well as talking with customers at Me & McGee Produce Stand. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 13, at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home in North Little Rock from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. The service will also be held there the following day at 10 a.m. with burial immediately following on location.
