Betty Lou Luper, 67, died September 12, 2016. She was born May 13, 1949. She is survived by two children; Tiffany Luper and Frankie Don Luper, three sisters; June Mandleco, Billie Gabbard and Linda Parker, two brothers; Kenneth Thomas and Gary Thomas. Cremation under the direction of Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel.
