Betty Lou Luper, 67, died September 12, 2016. She was born May 13, 1949. Survived by children; Tiffany Luper and Frankie Luper, sisters; June Mandleco, Billie Gabbard and Linda Parker, brothers; Kenneth Thomas and Gary Thomas. Service at a later date. Cremation under the direction of Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel.
