Norris Funderburg

NORRIS WAYNE FUNDERBURG, 84, died peacefully in his home in North Little Rock on Sept. 17, 2016. Wayne was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jimmie Louise Funderburg. Wayne was a retired pipefitter from Local 665, Pine Bluff, Ark. Uncle Wayne, as called by many, loved to hunt and fish. There will be an empty chair at the campfire, and his hunting buddies at the Cominto Hunting Club will miss him. Survivors: Son David Funderburg, (Julie); daughters, Deborah Goodrum, (George); Nancy Ward and Lisa Shotts (Joe). His grandchildren, Joshua Ward (Marietta), Bunker Funderburg, Amber Goodrum, Joseph Shotts, Andrew Shotts, Savannah Shotts, Alison Hill (Jeff). His great-grandchildren, Ashlee Hill, Becket Ward, Ainsley Ward, Paxton Ward, Whitney Webb, Christian McKee, Loxley Lyon. Visitation: Tuesday at 6-8 p.m. at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home.
