Sherry Lynn Mavity

Sherry Lynn Mavity, 52, of Ashdown, Ark., passed away September 17, 2016. Ms. Mavity was born October 15, 1963 in Biloxi, Miss., to Wade Mavity Sr. and Ruth Rinnggold. She is preceded in death by her stepfather, Paul Ringgold, and her grandparents. Survivors include her father, Wade Mavity Sr. of Vilonia, Ark.; mother, Ruth Ringgold of Ashdown, Ark.; two brothers, Wade Mavity Jr. of Ashdown, Ark., Tony Mavity of Mayflower, Ark.; one sister, Sandra Mobbs of Greenbrier, Ark.; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Madden Funeral Home Chapel in Ashdown, Ark. Arrangements are under the direction of Madden Funeral Home.
