Robert "Bobby" Beard

Robert "Bobby" Beard, age 58, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2016. He was born to the late Velda and Katharine Beard, in Norfolk, Virginia, on March 1, 1958. Bobby is survived by his brother; Bill (Mary Jane) Beard of North Little Rock, his niece; Jennifer (Mark) Gibson of North Little Rock, two great-nieces and two great-nephews. A graveside service will be conducted by Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Ark.
