David Honor Johnson

David Honor Johnson, 91, of Little Rock, died on September 18, 2016. He was born June 9, 1925 to David and Gertrude Northcross Johnson in Moscow, Arkansas. He was formerly employed by Central Arkansas Wastewater and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Little Rock for 60 plus years. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Elizabeth Gibson Johnson; and all of his brothers and sisters. David is survived by his sons, Pernard, Paul, Gregory, and Floyd Johnson all of Little Rock and Robert Johnson of Durham, North Carolina; daughters, Juwanna Sturd (Robert) of Little Rock, Arkansas, Patricia Johnson of Bakersfield, California, Joyce Dodson (Richard) of Sacramento, California; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, September 24, 2016 at First Baptist Church, 901 Calhoun Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202.
