Joe Thomas Wimberly

Joe Thomas Wimberly, 77, of Cabot, passed away on September 21, 2016. He was born on July 5, 1939 in Selma, Alabama to the late Earnest Joel and Valley Mae (Alderman) Wimberly. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers; Earnest, Charles, Gerald, and one sister; Jackie. Survivors include his wife; Judy Wimberly, three sons; Joseph Wimberly of North Carolina, Jonathan Wimberly of Texas, Billy Wimberly of Arkansas, three daughters; Donna Box, Tammy Jackson, both of Cabot, Tracy Nigro of Florida, seven brothers; William Wimberly, Bobby Ray Wimberly, Larry Wimberly, Gary Wimberly, Jimmy Wimberly, Lester Wimberly, and Jim Alderman, three sisters; Bertha Martin, Louise Edwards, both of Atkins, Terri Diemer of North Little Rock, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Cross Covenant Church, 2163 Arkansas 294, Lonoke, Arkansas.
