Lola Beatrice Helf

Lola Beatrice Helf, age 94, of Springdale died September 18 at the Maples in Springdale. She was born October 11th 1921 in Bradford, Arkansas, the daughter of Marion W. & Evelyn Ahart. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Cross Church in Springdale over 50 years. Bea was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 67 years, Joe Helf; one sister, Mildred Jewel Ahart, and three brothers, Shelby Ahart, Odell Ahart, and Marion Ahart Jr. She is survived by her son, Tom Helf and wife, Cookie of Van Buren; a daughter, Sharron Wilson of Springdale; four grandchildren, Cheri Poellot and husband Vinson, Erika Hall and husband Chris, Bob Wilson and wife Misty and Julie Wagley and husband Dustin; and 13 great-grandchildren.
