Francis Maxine Elliott

Francis "Maxine" Elliott, 78, of Cabot passed away Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016. She was born Jan. 21, 1938 in Jacksonville, Ark., to the late Bruce and Irene Mitchell. She was a nursing assistant at CareLink. Maxine loved to read and watch wrestling. She is survived by her son; Bruce Elliott (Beth), brother; Billy Mitchell (Mary Jo), sisters; Geraldine "Jeri" Higgins (Harold), Alverta Gay (the late Don), and Linda Swindell (the late Benny); grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. Maxine was preceded in death by her husband; Robert Gordon Elliott and her son; Eugene Elliott. Memorials may be made to Stanfill Cemetery Fund, 12905 Fortson Road, Jacksonville, 72076.
