Raymond "Ray" Blackwell

Raymond "Ray" Blackwell, 75, of Bella Vista Ark. passed away on Sept. 23, 2016. He was born on Dec. 30, 1940 in St. Louis, Mo. Preceeded in death by his parents and sister. He is survived by his wife Marge; daughter Penny (Victor) Kylar; daughter Cheryl Whittington; step-daughter DeeAnna (Tom) Smith; step-son Kevin (Pam) Naylor; 9 grandchildren and 3 great -grandchildren. Served in US Navy, retired from Boeing, was a 50 year Mason enjoying his last few years at the Masonic Lodge in Anderson, Mo. In earlier years he loved water skiing, fishing, and hunting. Memorial will be held on Sept. 27, 2016 at Fayetteville National Cemetery at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers donate to Wounded Warriors, Paralyzed Veterans of America, or Susan B. Koman.
